Course Description :
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. They also initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others.

Training and Assessment (1520 hours)
The volume of learning for the qualification is 1520 hours. This comprises of:
Learning Hours- 1056 hours
Assessment Hours- 264 hours
Self-study- 200 hours
This will be delivered over 78 weeks of course duration including 66 weeks delivery plus 12 weeks holidays. Students are required to attend a minimum 20 scheduled course contact hours per week.
Assessment Methods
All assessments of units of competency will be conducted according to the assessment guidelines and competency standards of the official Training Package for this qualification. Assessment methods include Knowledge Tests, Projects, Case studies, Role-plays, Observations, Presentations and Research Reports.
